- Order totals $25.01 - $50.00, Shipping is $10.00
- Order totals $50.01 - $100.00 Shipping is $12.50
- Order totals $100.01 - $149.99 Shipping is $14.00
- *Order totals $150 and over ship free of charge
*The exceptions to published rates are items that are considered oversize, require truck freight shipment, or are otherwise impractical to ship via common carrier at our standard rate. Flat rate shipping does not apply to wholesale, custom orders, or shipments outside of the 48 continental United States. Most items are shipped via FedEx,UPS or USPS. Exceptions will be clearly stated in product listings.
We make every effort to ship non-custom orders within 48 hours of receiving order. Packages are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS, and should arrive within 2-8 business days.

International Shipping: Our published shipping rates are for United States addresses only. If you wish to place an order from outside of the USA, please contact us prior to placing order online.
Return Policy for Retail Customers
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of merchandise cost or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, call us at 877-865-2017, or log in to your account to request a return authorization number, as well as stating your reason for return.
The item must be returned in it's original condition. You will be responsible for the proper packaging of the return. The product price will be refunded in full. Shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are additionally non-refundable.

In the event of a defective/broken product or incorrect order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund all cost (including shipping charges) associated with the purchase. To be eligible for a full replacement or refund for a defective or broken item, contact us within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, the item may be subject to our standard 30 day return policy.
In the instance of a refused or unclaimed shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
When you place an order with us, you have the option of creating an account. It is not necessary to create an account, as you will receive an automated order confirmation and shipping notification via email. However, if you decide to create an account, your address information will be saved for future orders and you can check the status of your order at any time.
